Meet Our Counselors:

Jeff Brockman

Jeff is a licensed mental health counselor in NC. He has offices in Ballantyne and Cotswold.

Jeff strives to be warm, caring, and non-judgemental in his interactions with people.

He has been through some difficult times and wants to help you out of them too!

As a therapist, he wants to spend time connecting with you and/or your child so that you feel safe. He will point out your strengths and, together, you will choose some goals for therapy. 

 

   

Dr. Clarrice King, PhD, LCMHCS

Dr. King is a licensed mental health counselor in NC. She offers teletherapy sessions with flexible times during the week and on Saturdays. 

As a clinical mental health counselor she will offer you a safe space and listen without judgment. She believes that you and your story matter. She counsels from a holistic, mind-body-heart, perspective that is realistic and grounded. Dr. King will help you explore strategies and coping skills that are useful and practical for you in your life.

Passionate Paws Animal Hospital

We are a Fear Free Certified Practice that provides Integrative Pet Healthcare with offices in Waxhaw and Matthews.  We started this group in 2018 with the help of the previous moderators Wes Sturgis and Dr. Ginny Dodd and eventually took over their group upon their well-deserved retirement.  The group today includes over 600 members in our Meetup Group and over 900 followers on Facebook.  We have helped countless pet parents over the years manage their grief journey.
